Courtney and Cori are a treat! We were head-down in the midst of our busiest month ever since we’ve taken our photography business full-time, but we simply couldn’t resist another shoot when Courtney emailed us and suggested we do their engagement session at The Royal Easter Show! What a freaking awesome idea! After a coffee or two to fuel up, we hit the show late on Easter Monday when the light was low and (hopefully) the crowds had died down a bit (they hadn’t). An added bonus is that they’d reduced the entry fee to $10 from what used to be a whopping $50…..or something ridiculous like that. These two are hands down some of the cutest, most ridiculously bubbly, friendly, awesome completely head-over-heels-in-love with each other people that we’ve ever met. The kind of people that we meet and then don’t want to say goodbye to at the end of the shoot ’cause we just want to go and hang with them some more. In-between gobbling down candy apples and hot-dogs and candy floss we managed a few laps and photographed the playful couple amongst the carnival rides. As the sun dipped behind the Super Loop we enjoyed way too many Lil’ Orbits donuts before we said farewell. But never fear, in true Courts & Cori style, these two will be having……you guessed it…..a CARNIVAL themed wedding next year. As we strolled around the Easter Show, Courtney excitedly pointed out all of the rides they had booked to be at their wedding! Yup, fun-park rides at a wedding! Can’t wait. Courts, Cori, congratulations on your engagement! Quite possibly the cutest couple….EVER. C&A xx

A few weeks back, Amanda and Trav played on a bike, and on the beach infront of our cameras. Afterwards, we all ate fish n’ chips at the Matakana house. It was awesome! We are SO excited to photograph their wedding this weekend. It too will be awesome!

Natalie and Joe were married during New Zealands ‘weather bomb’. Remember that weekend? I’m pretty sure it rained sideways that weekend. Anyway, you will see from the photos below that no ‘weather bomb was going to stop Nat and Joe from having the most amazing day of their lives! They had a marquee set up in Nat’s mums front yard, which was the perfect wet weather back up plan! Everything was decorated so beautifully!! So so beautifully. From candles, to lanterns hanging from the roof, to old milk bottles to little name tags hanging off the back of chairs. A photographers delight!! haha… anyway, we were so very lucky to find a gap in that horrible weather and create a few photos with the beautiful scenery of Te Mata Peak in the background! Such an amazing wedding, SUCH an amazing couple! Thank you so much Nat and Joe for your hospitality and your awesomeness. We hope you have many adventures in your married lives together!! C&Axx
